SATURDAY
6am-7am: Journey begun
Getting ready and wait for 7am rapid kl to kl sentral to board 9am train.since v first time sit train to outstation so have to spare some extra time for any in case..keke..luckily dat morning things happened quite smoothly.
11.27am : Welcome to Kampar
the train very accurate in depart and reaching time so v reached at kampar station on time as stated in d ticket.while waiting for geok to come and fetch us v took few photo at d station..my first impression towards kampar is quiet and full of mountain..quite a peaceful place..he..then, geok reach with his fren's car which condition is like 'as long as still can move then is ok'...hehe..but then this car really very important in our journey..without it we totally unable to carry on our sweet memory collecting plan....

12++noon: UTAR
our first destination after v check in 'hotel'...a funny case straight away happened as our journey's starter..ha..the car needed to be manually locked one by one at each door...so four of us each locked our own door..just by the moment i slammed my door, geok shouted: oh no, car key...then i stunted and say: r u joking?please dont tell me u really left ur key inside the car..then his answ is YES...omg,dis is really a big joke...den he suggested just visit around utar first while thinking the solution..UTAR is big and long in my opinion and owned a beutiful lake...after the rounding, problem facing time came...ha..then geok found a stick and try to do some magic with it...after a while, he really manage to open the door, smile and laughter immediately appears on d face of four..haha..since dis incident, whenever v get down from car, geok sure will be thrown a question whether he took the car key..ha
3pm: Lata Kinjang waterfall
Lata Kinjang is one of the highest waterfall in Malaysia...it is just 30 min drive from kampar..when v reached, there already crowded since it was weekend ..so v decided to climb to higher part of the waterfall so that can get some peacefullness and privacy..on the way to waterfall v bought a kampar's famous curry chicken bread for picnic there..hehe..the bread is huge though v only ordered the smaller one..cant imagine if oredered large..he..had fun time exploring and surveying some deeper water hole within d rushing waterfall...v dared ourselve to move around d slipery rock..then v had our bread...though it looked bit awkward coz v eat in wet condition but then it is still yummy..he..afta enough with adventures then v moved to the lowest part of the waterfall and soak ourself there..it is really nice and satisfying to enjoy the coolness of the natural water in this hot weather..wern enjoyed the most since this is her first time at waterfall...the minus marks part in that waterfall is its bathroom..it is totally without light and v just can bath using other senses of our body except eyes; besides, the floor is flooded with duno wat kind of water coz the hole to drain out the water is cloged and no hanging place for ur stuff...with these conditions they still dare to charge every one 50cent per entrance...sad case..
Night time: Kampar surveying
After splashing moment, we went for a walk at one of the kampar's pasar malam...most of the stalls v saw are selling food..attractive..that evening kampar having a heavy rain after two weeks draught..v manage to go for dinner nearby 'hotel' though raining and the food in kampar i just can comment big amount and quite cheap...then v went to the only shoping heaven in kampar that is Tesco...this is the only tesco that i saw full of youngster so far among all the tesco i went..( of course..because most of the resident at kampar are UTAR student^^)..then geok bring us to a lake for sight seeing..the lake is vast and there are some who fishing there...it is abit alike gurney drive just that it is a lake not sea so u wont listen to wave sound and there are no stalls selling yummy food...neway according to geok this is the famous place for those couple to date..that sounds true and i also saw some brilliant business minded youngster selling some flowers there..hehe...after relaxing and chit chating there, we went to kampar mamak stall just to feel the 'yum cha' atmosphere at kampar...sometin extra ordinary that appear at the menu is they offer roti UTAR and roti KTAR which cost rm6 each...v didnt ordered it coz geok say notin special bout it and at that time four of us still quite full..he...then v went back to have a nice sleep b4 the second day trip to ipoh as in our plan..

SUNDAY
5am: Alarm ringing
as v planned to have a yummy ipoh famous dim sum without having a long queue, so 5.30am is the time v set to start our journey...neway only manage to really start moving at 6am coz of jam in toilet queue...hehe..luckily v still manage to reach in front of ming kok dim sum restaurant exactly at 7am after some rounding and finding(actually 4 of us also not familiar the road there at all..just used trial and error method..hehe) ..the time is just nice and v are having our dim sum in no time...neway the dim sum there is abit disapointing because v went there with high expectation since it is one of the famous dim sum restaurant in ipoh..the size no doubt is small;food not enough warm since they use those kind of stainless steel container instead of traditional wooden type...nothing special bout its dim sum but its char siew pau is nice..lor mai kai also not bad..others so so..swan say around subang area the dim sum even nicer..he..
8am: Ipoh town 'Merry-go-round'
just as stated b4 v are strange to that area, after our breakfast v just keep rounding that town without knowing where v heading...and also because it is too early, 95% of the shops are still closing...at last v manage to saw some crowdy street then v stop immediately to have a look..Memory lane is the street's name and it is just like usual pasar with many stalls..but its speciality is most of the stall on the street is selling antique...this is the reason they call it Memory lane...besides, this street is super long...never saw any longer stalls b4 compare to this..

10.30am: Ipoh parade
v went ipoh parade which can be consider quite big..that day there was a bumcity sales, swan and wern enjoyed shoping and get alot of accesories as return..he..neway as our train back to kl were bought for 1.30pm's, so v have to rush back to kampar by canceling our plan to stop by the ipoh famous sam bo dong..
12.30pm: Rush Rush Rush
when reached kampar, v were just left with less than 1 hour...v still need to pack our things, eat lunch and buy some kampar's product as souvonier for our family and friends...so, v manage to hav lunch (economic rice which the most time saving eating style) in less than 5mins, then rush to product's shop and grabbed wateva needed in 5 mins too(just like explore race..haha)...then v safely arrive the train station at 1.25pm...fuh...thanks god...
4pm: Kl sentral
v choose to board ktm back since holding quite many stuff and dont feel wan to squeeze and wait for bus..but the sad thing is ktm also full of crowd..omg..when entering the ktm is same as sandwiching ourself..and the salted chicken that v bought at ipoh at this time already become 'ayam penyet' i think..haha..neway still able to last till batu tiga station and finally freedom!!ha... swan's dad came and pick us up there and send us home...yea, finally reach home..home sweet home...
