Longevitology

On 21st till 26th of dec i have attended a beginner and intermediate class about Longevitology..From its website, they defined Longevitololgy as ' one of several healing modalities intended to adjust energy flow throughout the body to improve the body's ability to heal itself '..

The Longevitology Benevolent Foundation Preparatory Committee is a not-for-profit organization founded in Taiwan in 1993 by Dr. Tom Lin. The goal of the organization is to train individuals to reach out with loving hands to help others suffering from pain, illness and distress by means of Longevitology energy adjustments.

The general theory of health and illness underlying Longevitology is the same as in other forms of Asian medicine: Good health is the result of energy (referred to as Ch'i, Qi or Prana) and blood flowing smoothly through the organ systems of the body; illness results when the flow of ch'i is disrupted. When proper energy flow has been restored, conditions are optimized for the body to heal.

In Longevitology, Master Lin Tzu-Chen and Wei Yu-Feng opens the student’s chakras to receive this universal energy. Students are taught how use this energy to heal themselves and others of common ailments.( I was taught by Master Lin Tzu - Chen..very nice, pretty and patient master..^^)

People who received Longevitology energy adjustments reported the following common benefits: Calmness; Reduced stress; Pain relief; deeper, more restful sleep; Increased energy; Relief from migraines, tension headaches and back pain; Increase mental alertness; Faster healing of injuries, Regular elimination; Shrinking of tumors; Improved quality of life, among other.

Classes are held in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, England, Germany, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Tahiti, Taiwan and the United States annually or semi-annually. Already, more than a hundred thousand students have learned how to give Longevitology energy adjustments.

So, i am one of those lucky one..hope what i learned really useful and can help others in time of need..he^^

Sarawak trip

Right after my exam on 18th Nov, 19th is the day v flew to sarawak to cool ourselve down...it is really such a long time since the last flight i took..it was a very exciting and interesting trip...so in this blog i will list and elaborate the places i went and the food tasted as much as i can remember..watch out..hehe
Food in 'MAS'

Sarawak Museum

This is the first place we visited after checked in to our apartment..there are alot of creatures can be seen inside such as antique radio, machines, plenty of preserved organisms included birds, mammals,reptiles,fishes..Quite interesting for me but some of my friend find it is creepy to look at those preserved thingy..hehe..there are few building besides the main museum which included arts museum and aquarium..hardly have sufficient time to observe all of them actually since our tradition costume trying, posting and photo session already took a big portion of time..there is one part in the main museum which those aborigine costume are available to be rented..so all of us decided to have a try since it will be a golden chance to 'taste' those costume..keke

Tua Pek Kong temple
This is the most famous and beutiful temple in kuching..it situated at roadside and easily can be seen..it also situated near to a river which they called as waterfront..we able to get to snap few photos here..
Bako National Park

This national park is a must go place when visit to sarawak..to reach the national park, boat is a must transport to get u there...we sat the motor boat and speed through the Southeast China Sea for at least half an hour before reaching...need to step into water about knee level and walk up to the seaside..At the main counter, there are quite a number of trails and treks with different distance as choices..since the boatman told us to leave at around 2pm coz worry will attacked by bad weather so we chosen one hour trek to teluk paku..the difficulty level seems to be higher compared to taman negara pahang..saw a green snake sleeping on tree, few 'babi hutan' wic able to make our whole body stiff for awhile since it is like appear unexpectedly..he..the famous long proboscis monkey also been seen though cant get to take photo since it only appear within those bushy and tall tree...and also some weire ape..hehe..
Waterfront
Although this place seems like very famous and everyone will ask you whther u get to visit this waterfront but for me it is just a normal riverside walk..this mayb when we went that time is raining quite heavily and really cant find any interesting thing or food at there and only few stall opened..by the way i think this place should be nice at night with its lighting and also found a small restaurant like cruise which provide romantic dining place there during toilet visit there after done some shoping at the shops opposite it..

Serikin

Serikin placed at kalimantan border and it is somekind of pasar selling clothes, mattress, sunglasses, kerepek, dolls, special clock which handmade from sand i think, etc...the weire thing is ice cream is no where to be found when it is most needed at this place where i found it as one of the super hot place..it give me a feeling of desert actually..heard rumours that those thing sold here will be at very low price and your shopping yearn surely can be fulfilled here which is totally wrong..for me i dun think this place is attractive at all..neway, i have bought two indonesian batik sarong for my grandma and a foldable fan as i told it is too hot there..hehe

Fairy cave

From its name, i think this place should be nice..once reach there, saw a tower of stairs which need to be climbed before reaching the cave entrance..the starting will be abit challenging since have to climb some moisty and quite narrow stair in dark...but luckily it is not very long..u can felt the wind when u climbing and i think this is where the pressure theory applied which the wind created..hehe..after some climbing, finally saw the greatness in the cave..actually this is a huge cage and the scenery i only can describe with one word: 'wow'...he...love those green and fresh ferns and thoes water driping sound..cool..
Wind cave

From its name thought can enjoy the coolness of wind in there at least but who knows it is worse than fairy cave..at least there are a moment of cool wind compare to this so called wind cave which have no feel of wind at all..cheated by its name..haha..here is where our adventurous journey began..the reason is we walk into wrong path and actually those harsh and yuck( full of bat's shit) path is Not meant to be explore by visitor..but because of the 'good' directory which gave the the guys at the counter which told us to follow all the way right so we ended up at the end of the well built path...by the tought and experience from other cave exploring, my anth friend and i believe that cave's path logically also will got some unbuild path( means not wooden path and just sand and shit), so that is one of the reason we continue with the wrong path till an end which full of bats flying around on air..the front one stop and say dun dare to forward anymore..so among the 11 gals only my fren and i explore cave before so v dare ourselve to have a look..after looking around v think it is imposible to forward anymore since it is only left with crawling hole in front and all my other friends started to worry and surrender..so v decided to reverse..after back to the normal well built wooden path, we met some oth group of pple and get the right path finally...and for me if we didn go through the wrong path, it will be worthless to only walk through those wooden path as it is very short and nothing to c..hehe..

Sarawak Cultural Village
One of the highlight here is the price, adult : RM60 and if with student card: RM15.. so student card is actually very usefull here(compulsory to bring if own any)..hehe..this place as it sound, you can find all types of aborigine houses with respective characteristics here..this place is highly recomanded..there are rumah melanau, rumah iban, rumah penan, rumah melayu, rumah cina and many more...besides, i also give a thumbs up for its cultural show..clap clap..hehe

Blue lake

Blue lake actually should appear blue but we only found some part of it is blue..Heard this lake was a gold mine and now turn into lake which contain high level of arsenik which make it blue...normal lake but also one of the must visit place in kuching..
The Spring

It is a big big shoping mall..Brand new and the shops found in it most of it selling branded stuff.. Contain one of two cinema which is MBO and i think it should be overloaded most of the time...actually we plan to watch 2012 there but the line is so long and the tickets are selling out like hotcakes and from our calcultion the ticket will be sold out when our turn reach..so movie plan canceled and changed to shoping plan..there is a shop name Dai Keong..sell alot of imported stuf.the foods especially their packaging is so cute and hardly can find in kl since most of them imported from australia and taiwan..
Cat museum
Since town name as Kuching so cat museum is a must visit place too..there is no entrance fees and the whole museum full of cat history, arts, clothes, souvenirs and statue...Alot of Hello kitty can be found here too...but too bad it do not have any alive cat for me to play with..hehe..neway quite satisfy with this visit...

Cats' statue
Cats' statue can be found at the round about in the town..since cats symbolizing kuching so photo session must be held at these few round about as one of the proof for our step down in kuching..night view should be nicer if compared to the day time..hehe

Some famous food tried in kuching..

Belacan mee, Laksa

So called 'rojak' ( rojak kuah in tau fu pok and timun..keke)

kolo mee

Fish Noodles( the noodles really made from fishmeat)

fried kolo mee with tomato sauce

'Midin' ( a kind of vege like paku pakis)

SUNWAY LAGOON FAMILY DAY

Just came back from Sunway Lagoon Family Day..this is an event that held by Sunway group for the privilage of all the staff who are under this company to bring their family member to enjoy the fun and excitement in the theme park on this one day....

We reached the destination at 7 sumtin with the aim to become the first 2000 early bird to get the door gift while the event only will officially start on 8am...the queing system seems to be abit disapointing and not systematic at all and at the end as usual people will start squeezing around to rush into the entrance...anyway, our mission accomplished and it is worth for us to force ourself wake up early morning since the door gift is satisfying..we got a bottle style umbrella and a cool water bottle each^^

Got a pack of drinks and two slice of sandwich as our breakfast while waiting for our brunch redemption at 10.30am...lucky enough our curiousity urge us to go and have a look where is the place of food redemption and found out they start quieng up already though just 10am...we follow the queue and considered as among the earliest to grab the food...really cant imagine if we only go there by 10.30am as the line condition is so scary---"as long as penang bridge"..ha^^...lunch pack = cHicken rice + rendang + egg+ kfc chicken x2+ 100 plus+ cake +mineral water...(*only manage to finish up the rice and half of d chicken...hehe^^)..

Then we enter the interactive zoo with the feeling of full excitement because exceptionally we are allowed to enter the zoo this year...there are variety kind of cute and weired animal...get to touch rabbits and birds...cool...enjoyed alot in that zoo..

After all the SS ( self satisfying) activity, finally heading home time...All in all, this year's family day not bad and opt for not to involved in any water and dry entertainment game activity because the place as expected packed like sardine..hehe^^

TAMAN NEGARA

On my mid sem break, Taman Negara is the place where i headed to....this place can be considered as exciting and adventurous place..enjoyed the trip there very very much...

This trip actually named as final year trip which meant for those who are in their final year study at UM(open for fifth collegion only)..totally there are a gang of over 20 people who had join the fun and the activities that we went through are listed roughly as below...v went there for 3 days 2 nights and the fees around rm250 including transport, accomodation, meals and activities for all 3 days..

1st day:

~GUA TELINGA~

once v reach our destination, we straight away begin our adventure with 'Gua Telinga' after lunch...After a distance of breeze walk we reach the entrance into a small tunnel of that cave...this cave can be considered as a tiny one and quite incovenient to those big size people..at first i also quite worry bout myself because of my height..then with the leading of a taller senior i able to go through the whole cave quite confidently..haha..there are no doubt alot of BATS inside the cave hanging on the roof....v have to 'shhhhhh' all the time in the cave to make sure the bats are not disturbs or if not v are in a big trouble..the bats will start flying everywer and we will be stuck in the cave and 'playing' around with those shock and aimless flying bats around you( it is so scary though just imagine bout it..keke^^)

~'ORANG ASLI' SETTLEMENT~

After the cave exploring process, on our way back to the shore to wait our boat come to fetch(the main transport at taman negara actually is just boat or sampan..he^^), we will pass by an orang asli settlement..v get to watch how the last time aborigine make fire just using the nature's stuff and also knew more about their living style through the explanation of the tour guide....

~HOSTEL~
After the first tiring activity, we get to check in to our hostel and clean up ourself there...the hostel room can be considered quite big with v 8 gals sharing one room with 4 double decker...the other two room occupied by the rest of guys...quite well equiped in terms of there are alot of cupboards(6 cupboards) and aircond plus fans..yea..hehe
Actually on that night we have jungle night walk in our activities list but then have to be postponed because of heavy rain..so we spend our time playing games in the room..

2nd day:
~BUKIT TERiSEK + CANOPY WALK~
After breakfast, we start our climbing at bukit terisek.....this hill can be considered not a tough one but then stilll need some stamina to endure it...we keep pausing and posing all the way up and then continue pose at the top then same for all the way down..haha..really ss(syok sendiri)...on the way down we also manage to go through CANOPY WALK....As they informed, this Canopy Walk can be considered as the world's longest walk of its kind and it will not considered as a complete trip without gone through this walk when u visit taman negara...Neway, half of the walk have been temporary closed down for renovation...

~RAPID SHOOTING~
Rapid shooting is a kind of activity that for sure u will get wet....you will be arranged to sit into a long sampan and the boatman will start bringing u to speed through the 7 major rapids of the river..the water which rushing towards you will start splashing up when the boatman drive his boat through them...anyway, before i get to reach those water rushing spot, i have already whole body wet...all this is just because i have sat behind of few 'naughty' senior frenz...they keep on put their hand out and the water are forced to splash towards us who sat behind them...we have no chance to fight back at all and only can keep screaming, laughing ( mouth hav to be closed forcefully to avoid entering of the water into it) and defending by blocking ourself using life jacket..haha..wat a pity yet fun experience...missed that time so much..after finish exploring through all the rapids, we will be stopped at a place halfway where you can enjoy submerging inside the water there...After all have satisfied, hostel is the place we yearn heading for( to clean and REST of course..ha)

~NIGHT JUNGLE WALK~

As the previous night activity postpond to today, finally we manage to start our exploring experience in the jungle at night...have to keep in low volume too to avoid scaring the animals away...Unfortunately we not able to saw any animal and only some blue scorpion that pity us appear in the middle of tree hole ( where their nest is)...anyway, still a nice memory since never walk through a jungle at night b4..hehe

That night we also get to celebrate our friens' birthay whose birthdate fall on the 3rd day of that trip...Played game till almost morning..haha..
3rd day:
~LUBOK SIMPON~

This is the last place that we gona visit before heading back to kl..it is just a stream that you can enjoy water splashing inside...cooling and the river water is clean....we get the chance to perform a 'Surround Attacking' toward the birthday boy and water just splash like waterfall...haha
After all those memorable activities and lunched, we heading home with full of satisifaction and worn out body condition..haha..the one thing that i dislike is they have made a bad choice by siting motor sampan for almost two hour before continue taking bus back to kl..the weather is so hot and i almost drowned in the heat of the sun...ai..

All in all, fun fun fun fun trip....worth it and awaiting for my sarawak trip!!yippiee..hehe^^

Informal ( gona expand the point under this categories coz sound more fun..keke):

I) TAMAN NEGARA

- will be eloborated at the coming post...hehe

II) Happy Birthday!!!

Do you think that there are much more september babies compare to other months??for me,i totally agree this statement(though i am one of those babies..hehe^^)..And do anyone kno wat is the reason behind?if kNo please share ya..haha... september is the month bz sharing present and celebrating birthday..some of my friends even term spetember as "pokai (bankrupt) month" because need to spend alot money on pressie..ha...Neway this year get to celebrate my birthday 3 times..1st time with family, then with my gang of friends in uni and coursemate, then another time is with bigger gang which include seniors' gang and for this time celebrate with two other sept babies whose birthday just fall one day earlier and later than me respectively...Thanks to my family members and all my friends, love em..he

Where birthday celebration took place:

1. Swensens which located at ss2 where speciality is on their ice cream..A promotion which called earth quake day which fall on every tues offer some discount on the ice cream with 8 or more scoop( Not really remember how many scoop..hehe) and it taste nice...but not to left out that the service there obviously poor when we went that day...

2. Look Out point: this cool and refreshing place is located on a hill at ampang where you can get to see the view of KL area up here..we went there for dinner and it is quite a comfortable and relaxing place..Ate at Gasoline which i think the food taste not bad...there is also a watching tower which serve you the viewing purpose.. besides, this place also recomanded for couple to date..look out...he...

III)BioHealth Night

Biohealth night is a night which organized by my junior coursemate...It is a tradition night where attended by all of Biohealth course member..As last year, it is organized at Armada Hotel..the theme of that night is when the fantasy comes true...so we have to attend together with masquerade..at least this is something new since never went a night with mask on before..hehe..the food provided can be considered good and can be seen that lecturer also quite enjoy the night as well..

All in all, final year really much much busier than the years before...need more stamina to endure it..at the same time not to forget must squeeze some time to refresh ourselve before dried up..haha..next post >> TAMAN NEGARA ^^

New Finding

Besides enjoyed the wedding stuff, the rest of my week continuely been bombared with new and interesting finding especially places with nice food(**swan look up**haha)

Banana Leaf Rice

Last wednesday, we ( roomate and me) are late for dinner because need to complete some part of our thesis experiment on that day itself..when we are done, clock already shown its needle at number 8...so we just called up my another roomate named hui jean whether to join dinner together...of course she agreed since she havent had hers too and we only get start to heading for our dinner at 9pm since jean's class end at that time...decided to have a try on the cheap, super fulling and yummy banana leaf rice at Restaurant Nirwana around Bangsar Village area which recomanded by jean ( she ate before with her friend)...

Reached destination, banana leaf being laid on the table in front of us and the 'ah neh' start to fill up our leaf with variety of dishes included timun salad, fried bitter gourt, spicy long bean, and 3 kind of kuah on the rice....and all this dishes u can add as much as u want till you really surrender for it....jean's rice is like a mountain since that felow suggested her to take the rest of the rice in the container since left not much..but then that portion really will clog up to my throat if i am the one goin to have it..haha...it is really satisfying and guarantee you will go out from that shop without complaints of 'not enough full'...and the important thing is v ordered two rice and my another roomate ate roti canai and it only cost us not more than rm18 for 3 person to eat till walk out like penguins..haha

Shabu Shabu at Restaurant 100 degree

On saturday, there is a gathering among my coursemate and again based on others recommendation we decided to have shabu shabu at '100 degree'...this is our first successfull gathering among coursemate (joined by almost 90%) since we know each other at first year..hehe..totally 10 out of 13 person joining and we went with two cars...this restaurant is well known for its variety of soup and its sauces...overall i think they have about 10 kinds of soups (eg: original, tom yam, bak kut teh, herbs, porridge, golden porridge, fish head soup and alot more)..i chose fish head soup which taste not bad but golden porridge and bak kut teh soup are highly recomanded..yummy...their price are reasonable too except for the drinks which are abit more costly...Not to forget mentioning about their sauces which also take up our table area almost as much as our main dish since they made up from more than 10 kind of different 'species'..we have so much of fun, take so much photos and make so much of noise..luckily thanks to our friend who made an early booking so we can enjoy to the max in the reserved room...

After lunch, we went for 'coursemate shopping trip' to pyramid....every one enjoyed this outing very much especially at the sunglasses trying part...v almost tried all the sungllasses on the rack of few shops and passing the sunglasses around among us so that every one get a try and laugh when someone start trying some weire glasses..(pity the shopkeeper too la..hehe^^)..but then at least some of us got purchase few of the sunglasses so didnt felt so guilty la for our 'sakai-ness'..ha..End our 'coursemate outing trip' officially at around 11pm..fuh..wat a tiring day too^^

GeneCode Talk

One of my coursemate under the thesis title which related to fingerprint, through chance and luck, have get to exposed to this interesting field which called DERMATOGLYPHIC under the GeneCode company...DERMATOGLYPHIC is the genetic science of finger prints. They can relate our brain to the fingerprint...this means through fingerprints one can know his /her talents and characteristic after being test by a profesional fingerprint collecting and analysis system..GeneCode is a company which pour their full commitment in this field and recognized as a profesional company in this field...My few coursemates and i went to this company's talk on sunday for introduction of DERMATOGLYPHIC under the recomandation of that fingerprint thesis's coursemate..for sure it is an interesting talk and at least i get to learn how to roughly know a person characteristics through their thumb print(though is just a very basic one only)..Neway, nice experience and precious knowledge too^^

~~Wedding~~

Interesting stuff and activities keeps emerging into my life for last few weeks...Enjoyed it very much though at the same time trying hard finding myself some time to at least cool down my mind and body in between..hehe..

For the merdeka weekend i have been invited to attend my friend's(subash) brother wedding...i agreed happily and looking forward it since i get the invitation on early of the month..the reason being i have never attended any indian wedding before and the urge of curiosity to know about all the culture and procedure of indian style wedding making me felt exciting when going through the whole process.

It is very kind of my friend that he given me this precious chance to experience through the whole and complete process of the wedding ceremony which roughly taken up three days...really appreciate his kindness very much^^..so i will roughly jot down the activities that i have joined for that three wonderful day..

First day:

We went to subash's house which just a stone throw away from mine at around 7.30pm..When we reached there, some prayer ceremony is already starting...the first part of the prayer will be done at the garden in front of the house...the objective of this prayer is somekind of curfew for the bridegroom from stepping of the house till the real wedding day which fall on 2 days after..this is to protect the bridegroom from any negative elements. Then, the bridegroom will sit at a small compound which surrounded with all kind of stuff that used for 'blessing' ceremony later..today it is the 'blessing' from mother side's relative that would be done...

Besides, swan and me get the honour to join the bride's side visiting and enjoyed the present giving part too since only ladies can do this part...the atmosphere at the bride's house is so happening and it is somekind like housewarming party..buffet is provided and the music is so luring because u will feel like shaking the body when u pass by the DJ and PA system area..there are a group of people who enjoyed themself dancing there and we didn join since v are still strange to that place..but then savithra (bridegroom's sis) said: dont worry, tomorow is our turn..haha

2nd day:

Went for jogging, breakfast and shoping at pyramid in the morning till noon...Had fun too though it is just normal stuff because gone through all that with swan and her cute and fun friend--Paul.. Then, we went to subash's place again around evening..that night more visitors attending and it is the dad's side relative turns to give blessing all..v enjoyed the yummy yummy food and had a dance too( i think i am somekind of jumping randomly compare to dance..haha..xp)..Help done some packing stuff then back to recharge ourself for the 'big' day..

3rd day:

The real wedding ceremony will be held at indian temple which i only get to watch at tv show normally..So today i can watch it live in front of me..wow, so exciting yo...Got up quite early on that morning since subash tell us to reach the temple at 9am..wore a special kind of semi-punjabi suit on that day...then ceremony started and have grabbed a precious experience and knowledge about indian culture there..After that, we had our indian style yummy lunch again at the temple and then back home fully filled with satisfication..hehe^^

**Funny thing is swan and me seems to be over excited by attending every single wedding ceremony process till our parents asked: Now actually is your friend's wedding or friend's brother wedding??.....hahahahahaha..Neway,nice one^^

Sem Break??

Now officially is the 5th day of my sem break and i only still got 2 more days to go till sem reopen on next mon..sob sob..T.T...This week seem passed by super fast and hardly can felt the freeness and relaxness of a 'break' should be..

Reports, thesis project experiment and preparation for midsem exam greedily snatch most of my sem break and make my brain feel heavy because of all these undone stuff....fuh...Neway is happy cause my first few step of the thesis experiment done and now have to rush up for report and revision...

Luckily get to grab a chance though just in a short time to watch a movie with my dear best friend...'The Proposal' --quite a good one..not say superb but then still able to creat laughter after all..hehe..

Though did not really get to fully relax myself down in this one week sem break but then at least able to enjoy the privilage of waking up later in the morning than usual day..nice one..ha..hopefully going to have another sem break soon^^

Convocation

Hi der, it have been such a long time again since the last post..wat to do...third year life is such a busy one...non stop with reports, assignment, labs, and thesis project..hardly can find a time to really relax and cool myself down...neway life seems will be more interesting when it is packed with all kind of activities and tasks..hehe.

Last week was the CONVO week for my uni and i believe most of the uni in our country also having this grand activities this few weeks...in my uni, the convocation celebration style i can say much differ from other uni...the reason is there is a tradition that every junior will and encouraged to gather near the hall to wait and welcome those convo senior after their grand and formal ceremony in the hall..this can be said is the most peak moment that everyone waiting of..

Those seniors will be welcomed with songs ("Honey bunny song"), then receive flowers from lovely juniors, then the most excited moment that i believe they also been waiting for so long is been thrown up to sky by juniors...i think such unite and 'High' situation hardly can be enjoyed at most of oth uni...really..though on the days we have been packed like sardine (because there are too many juniors and seniors too), the place is been fully occupied and you should felt lucky if you still can breath without 'difficulties' and didnt get stepped by oths (especially high heels)..hehe...

I really enjoyed the moment and for no doubt our batch convocation will arrive in the speed of lightning..wow..so lets enjoy this fun and memorable final year of uni life before continues with working life^^

Goat's Blood

As previous blog, i have mentioned that this week i will have an experiment which require us to take blood from poor goats rite..now, i am done with it...

At first tought of not need to collect the blood with my hand cause tought is a group work...when we reach the farm only get to know everyone compulsory to collect the blood in order to obtain 5 bonus marks..so, it is time to dare myself again..In the begining i admit i am quite worry when standing in the goats pen..reason is those goats running for life here and there and i scare if they too panic and will come and knock on me or oths in the small pen..but then all this didn happen of course..they dun even come and near us...

When my turn come, i just take the syringe and did it under guidance of my tutor...at that moment i just hope to finish this up asap so that the goat not need to suffer too long by being catched and hold staticaly there for us to poke its neck(ouch...pain@@)...luckily my blood collecting experience is quite smooth and successful and manage to take few pictures and videos too..he..

Besides, there are varieties species of goat been kept at the pen..there are some species have no fear towards human..they will stand by their pen when v pass by and let us touch and play with them(eeee....so cute)..hehe..besides blood collecting, v have done with fishes' sperm collecting too....all these are new experience for us and glad to get those new knowledge^^

Two weeks after sem reopen (PART III)

Part III: Enjoying moment...

Besides busy with classes, labs and politics, of course i will squeeze as many entertainment as posible to relax and enjoy life...hehe..in this two weeks i have been went pasar malam at ss2 few times and mid valley too...long time didn went to the pasar malam already..though didn bought much thing like my first year time ( when i first few time went to the pasar malam at my first year i can spend almost rm30 for d pasar malam food alone..haha..), v enjoyed look see look see there..bought some favourite food then back with satisfaction...besides, v also went mid valley to shops around and watch ice age...ice age is very funny though the story line not really that 'chun'..he..

My gang of friends plan and hope to go for more outing since this is our final year in uni...v r graduating soon by next sem...wow,damn fast..hehe..but then now there are some problem occured since our uni come out with this very disapointing rule that is v as final year 3rd year (besides 1st n 2nd year)student are still not allowed to bring car to uni(this rule is announced to be effective only starting from our batch)how 'lucky' are we...haiz..what kind of rule is this..v r doing our thesis this year and is the time that need transport the most and they come out with this 'brilliant' idea kononnya want to lessen the car in uni...i do not think this is a suitable idea at all..My Proposal: if really wan to lessen the car in uni, just build a car park building outside uni and those who wish to enter uni just park their car there and sit shuttle in..then our uni will have totally no car!!!...hehe^^

These are all about my two weeks busy life...hope coming weeks will be interesting and at the same time more free time to cool ourself down and relax..kiki^^

Two weeks after sem reopen (PART II)

Part II:classes and lab

This sem can be counted as one of my most busy sem among all the previous sem..having class from mon to fri and having many kind of labs...biohealth lab, histology lab, neurology lab and each lab consume 3 hours each a week except for biohealth lab which greedily taken our 6 hour in one week...so v end up will be in lab everyday if included doing thesis experiment...fuh...

In the first week, our thesis title have been announced and that moment is quite nervous for us because all of us hope that we can get our first choice and fovourite lecturer..and then results let most of us get what we long for and it is quite satisfying...my title is: bioactivity of selected plants against cancer cell lines..sound interesting...hope can gain something there la..hehe..

Then our experiment officialy started at the second week...those experiment quite disgusting actually...We began with maggot catching moment...those maggot will be mount and made into slides..at first i act brave and volunteer to catch the maggot for my group..at the moment i forcep it and it curled up..my body is like out of control..adrenaline level shoot up, cHicken skin appear and high pitch voices come out from no where( from my mouth la actually)hehe..omg..is so geli la..so finally my group member hand over and collect them up lu..haha..the worse thing is, at second time of collecting those maggot, those batch of maggot is corpse maggot that collected from IMR(institue of medical research)...they are such very very very really really too smelly and jerkling around in the black liquid that looked so disgusting...yerrrr... ( photo: me measuring those smelly maggot..have to try to breathe as little air as i can..ha)

On the same day too we again needed to disect a mouse to get the organ tissue to be mounted...fuh...so a tiny cute white mice been dissected by our group leader and each of us will cut out own chosen organ part( each person must own a slide of organ tissue)...at least this still acceptable since have been done in form 6 time though the mouse is so innocent...ai..i took its kidney part and wondering what will be appearing under my microscope in the end of this experiment...he^^

Next week as in our lab manual, our biohealth lab experiment require blood sample from goat..so i cant imaging how supposingly we needed to fight and play around with the goat in order to steal some blood from them..haha...awaiting^^
