On 21st till 26th of dec i have attended a beginner and intermediate class about Longevitology..From its website, they defined Longevitololgy as ' one of several healing modalities intended to adjust energy flow throughout the body to improve the body's ability to heal itself '..
The Longevitology Benevolent Foundation Preparatory Committee is a not-for-profit organization founded in Taiwan in 1993 by Dr. Tom Lin. The goal of the organization is to train individuals to reach out with loving hands to help others suffering from pain, illness and distress by means of Longevitology energy adjustments.
The general theory of health and illness underlying Longevitology is the same as in other forms of Asian medicine: Good health is the result of energy (referred to as Ch'i, Qi or Prana) and blood flowing smoothly through the organ systems of the body; illness results when the flow of ch'i is disrupted. When proper energy flow has been restored, conditions are optimized for the body to heal.
In Longevitology, Master Lin Tzu-Chen and Wei Yu-Feng opens the student’s chakras to receive this universal energy. Students are taught how use this energy to heal themselves and others of common ailments.( I was taught by Master Lin Tzu - Chen..very nice, pretty and patient master..^^)
People who received Longevitology energy adjustments reported the following common benefits: Calmness; Reduced stress; Pain relief; deeper, more restful sleep; Increased energy; Relief from migraines, tension headaches and back pain; Increase mental alertness; Faster healing of injuries, Regular elimination; Shrinking of tumors; Improved quality of life, among other.
Classes are held in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, England, Germany, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Tahiti, Taiwan and the United States annually or semi-annually. Already, more than a hundred thousand students have learned how to give Longevitology energy adjustments.
So, i am one of those lucky one..hope what i learned really useful and can help others in time of need..he^^

Sarawak trip
Right after my exam on 18th Nov, 19th is the day v flew to sarawak to cool ourselve down...it is really such a long time since the last flight i took..it was a very exciting and interesting trip...so in this blog i will list and elaborate the places i went and the food tasted as much as i can remember..watch out..hehe
Blue lake
Food in 'MAS'
Sarawak Museum
This is the first place we visited after checked in to our apartment..there are alot of creatures can be seen inside such as antique radio, machines, plenty of preserved organisms included birds, mammals,reptiles,fishes..Quite interesting for me but some of my friend find it is creepy to look at those preserved thingy..hehe..there are few building besides the main museum which included arts museum and aquarium..hardly have sufficient time to observe all of them actually since our tradition costume trying, posting and photo session already took a big portion of time..there is one part in the main museum which those aborigine costume are available to be rented..so all of us decided to have a try since it will be a golden chance to 'taste' those costume..keke
Tua Pek Kong temple
This is the most famous and beutiful temple in kuching..it situated at roadside and easily can be seen..it also situated near to a river which they called as waterfront..we able to get to snap few photos here..
Bako National ParkThis national park is a must go place when visit to sarawak..to reach the national park, boat is a must transport to get u there...we sat the motor boat and speed through the Southeast China Sea for at least half an hour before reaching...need to step into water about knee level and walk up to the seaside..At the main counter, there are quite a number of trails and treks with different distance as choices..since the boatman told us to leave at around 2pm coz worry will attacked by bad weather so we chosen one hour trek to teluk paku..the difficulty level seems to be higher compared to taman negara pahang..saw a green snake sleeping on tree, few 'babi hutan' wic able to make our whole body stiff for awhile since it is like appear unexpectedly..he..the famous long proboscis monkey also been seen though cant get to take photo since it only appear within those bushy and tall tree...and also some weire ape..hehe..
Waterfront
Although this place seems like very famous and everyone will ask you whther u get to visit this waterfront but for me it is just a normal riverside walk..this mayb when we went that time is raining quite heavily and really cant find any interesting thing or food at there and only few stall opened..by the way i think this place should be nice at night with its lighting and also found a small restaurant like cruise which provide romantic dining place there during toilet visit there after done some shoping at the shops opposite it..
Serikin
Serikin placed at kalimantan border and it is somekind of pasar selling clothes, mattress, sunglasses, kerepek, dolls, special clock which handmade from sand i think, etc...the weire thing is ice cream is no where to be found when it is most needed at this place where i found it as one of the super hot place..it give me a feeling of desert actually..heard rumours that those thing sold here will be at very low price and your shopping yearn surely can be fulfilled here which is totally wrong..for me i dun think this place is attractive at all..neway, i have bought two indonesian batik sarong for my grandma and a foldable fan as i told it is too hot there..hehe
Fairy cave
From its name, i think this place should be nice..once reach there, saw a tower of stairs which need to be climbed before reaching the cave entrance..the starting will be abit challenging since have to climb some moisty and quite narrow stair in dark...but luckily it is not very long..u can felt the wind when u climbing and i think this is where the pressure theory applied which the wind created..hehe..after some climbing, finally saw the greatness in the cave..actually this is a huge cage and the scenery i only can describe with one word: 'wow'...he...love those green and fresh ferns and thoes water driping sound..cool..
Wind cave
From its name thought can enjoy the coolness of wind in there at least but who knows it is worse than fairy cave..at least there are a moment of cool wind compare to this so called wind cave which have no feel of wind at all..cheated by its name..haha..here is where our adventurous journey began..the reason is we walk into wrong path and actually those harsh and yuck( full of bat's shit) path is Not meant to be explore by visitor..but because of the 'good' directory which gave the the guys at the counter which told us to follow all the way right so we ended up at the end of the well built path...by the tought and experience from other cave exploring, my anth friend and i believe that cave's path logically also will got some unbuild path( means not wooden path and just sand and shit), so that is one of the reason we continue with the wrong path till an end which full of bats flying around on air..the front one stop and say dun dare to forward anymore..so among the 11 gals only my fren and i explore cave before so v dare ourselve to have a look..after looking around v think it is imposible to forward anymore since it is only left with crawling hole in front and all my other friends started to worry and surrender..so v decided to reverse..after back to the normal well built wooden path, we met some oth group of pple and get the right path finally...and for me if we didn go through the wrong path, it will be worthless to only walk through those wooden path as it is very short and nothing to c..hehe..
Sarawak Cultural Village
One of the highlight here is the price, adult : RM60 and if with student card: RM15.. so student card is actually very usefull here(compulsory to bring if own any)..hehe..this place as it sound, you can find all types of aborigine houses with respective characteristics here..this place is highly recomanded..there are rumah melanau, rumah iban, rumah penan, rumah melayu, rumah cina and many more...besides, i also give a thumbs up for its cultural show..clap clap..hehe
Blue lake
Blue lake actually should appear blue but we only found some part of it is blue..Heard this lake was a gold mine and now turn into lake which contain high level of arsenik which make it blue...normal lake but also one of the must visit place in kuching..
The Spring
It is a big big shoping mall..Brand new and the shops found in it most of it selling branded stuff.. Contain one of two cinema which is MBO and i think it should be overloaded most of the time...actually we plan to watch 2012 there but the line is so long and the tickets are selling out like hotcakes and from our calcultion the ticket will be sold out when our turn reach..so movie plan canceled and changed to shoping plan..there is a shop name Dai Keong..sell alot of imported stuf.the foods especially their packaging is so cute and hardly can find in kl since most of them imported from australia and taiwan..
Cat museum
Since town name as Kuching so cat museum is a must visit place too..there is no entrance fees and the whole museum full of cat history, arts, clothes, souvenirs and statue...Alot of Hello kitty can be found here too...but too bad it do not have any alive cat for me to play with..hehe..neway quite satisfy with this visit...
Cats' statue
Cats' statue can be found at the round about in the town..since cats symbolizing kuching so photo session must be held at these few round about as one of the proof for our step down in kuching..night view should be nicer if compared to the day time..hehe
Some famous food tried in kuching..
Belacan mee, Laksa
So called 'rojak' ( rojak kuah in tau fu pok and timun..keke)
kolo mee
Fish Noodles( the noodles really made from fishmeat)
fried kolo mee with tomato sauce
'Midin' ( a kind of vege like paku pakis)
