1. Button Mushroom
  • Rich in: mineral selenium, antioxidant, vitamin B, niacin
  • Aid in: Maintain healthy immune system, antiviral, antibacteria

2. Oyster

  • Rich in: zinc
  • Aid in: Immune booster

3. Watermelon

  • Rich in: Antioxidant, glutathione
  • Aid in: Strengthen Immune system

4. Cabbage

  • Aid in: boost nutritional value, strengthen immune system

5. Almonds
