UTM-SKUDAI-MUAR-MELAKA

Times fly and again two month apart since last blog..fuh..in this two month less chance to online since staying at aunt house where there are no line and 8 weeks of industrial training actuallypast quite fast..now i can be said officially graduate and just have to wait for my convocation ceremony on august..looking forward^^

Just a day after my last day of industrial training, my second sis need to attend her registeration day at UTM..so we whole family went to sent her..UTM is such a big university compared to my UM which only look like a small city..especially to reach my sis college it really took us some
distance..wow..the green scenery really soothing and comfortable..just that if want to move from one place to anth, bus no.11 really cant help muc..hehe...

After sending my sis to uni, we went and check in into our hotel..Although SUAN BEE Hotel is just built from shoplot, but the decoration inside quite nice and beside it there is also a high class look bistro where at night there will be full house since is football season..this hotel situated at Taman Sutera Utama..this taman can be said as a small city where there are alot of new and nice shoplots...and seems like food heaven also because u can see variety style restaurant there..beside, there is also a Sutera Mall which i can rate 3-4 star if follow hotel rate..he..all this places is just walking distance from the hotel..at thistaman the food i tried are pontian wan tan mee, curry laksa and duck rice.. all not bad and quite recomanded^^

Second day, we headed to Muar for its famous otak-otak and coffee 434...when reach Muar town what come into my mind is the vehicle amount there almost can fight kl..jam everywhere...fuh..btw, the otak-otak not bad la..hehe

Next, Melaka here we come..thanks to my melaka friend guidance we finally found the famous jongker street...at the time we reach the street is just after rain, the weather is so cooling n nice to walk...of course cendol is the must try food when reach jongker street..after satisfied with the cendol and nyonya laksa, we just have a walk along the street..found another attractive food that is durian puff..it is so yummy..but i cant get to buy since only realize that in car on the way back..sob...nvm, reserve for nex trip..hehe.

This trip seems like food hunt trip beside sending my sis to uni..hehe..like it and hungry for more...oops..better exercise more first before that..hehe

BUKIT TINGGI TRIP

Last tues was the day i end the very very last paper of my degree life and as usual plans pop out to relax ourselve. Genting was the lucky one where chosen by us and heading to kl central around 11.30am and try to catch 12noon genting bus..

Reach kl central around 12 sometin coz of jam and when reach d counter we were been told only 2pm bus available..have a deep consideration bout that for quite a long time..by the time 10 of us get an conclusion to carry on the counter change its signboard to inform only 3pm bus available..haha..so plan canceled..since everyone craving for food, we had our lunch with McD while discussing...after a long discussion again, Bukit Tinggi here we come...( thats mean we just go kl central to have the McD der..haha)

We were freed from sitting in the car and get to inhale large amount of fresh air by the time around 3.30pm...The first destination is d Japanese tea house since it is closing at 6pm...the road 300m away from japanese house almost impossible for normal economical car because is too steep..so we decided to climb up..haha..photo session non stop all the way...All we can view really is just the japanese tea house as the name suggest..nothing else interesting and the koi fish there also have to swim in the shallow water where its fin is outside of the water surface...pity.. Neway as usual we still have fun as a gang and ss with photo shooting..

Next destination is colmar tropicale where normally also known as french village..The building and gardens outside still standing there as pretty as my first visit...the combination excellent for photo shooting and again we spend most of our time on that since there actually also nothing else to do there...when i step into entrance of village i started to feel weired and whispering to myself: why this time this place is such quite and like a 'dead town' where less then 5 visitor walking around except us and only few shops open..as i remember in my first visit it is quite happening and left a quite good memory in me..anyway, i assumed weekday is d main reason..hehe..

Around 6something, everyone seems tired ( mostly contributed from 'in-sufficient' sleep of exam season..he)..so we decided to have our dinner at a recommended restaurant ( Restaurant 126) in kampung bukit tinggi...the food there meet our expectation and we are also happy with its price..we ordered two vege, a pork, a steamed fish, a claypot tofu, ginger wine mi sua only cost each of us rm10 something..had a great chat after that and back to uni happily ever after..haha

Overall, all satisfied with this trip since most of them never went before..had a great experience and some say this plan better than genting plan^^

Poster presentation

Last two weeks, i have gone through my final year project presentation..the style of my course's presentation is abit different from others which ours is 'Poster Presentation'..this means we will have to summarize our work that have been done for past one year and present it in a well self- design poster despite from slides which most of other courses use for thesis presentation..

On that day, all of us are well prepared for the war with respective 'sword' ( poster ) in hand..After registration we get to know our position that's mean which board to set up the poster and start warming up..the warming up session equals with exercising our mouth and hand through try presenting to air or friends before the judge came...

We wont know who is our judge till a person with lecturer's look come near you with a board in his or her hand and look at your board number while spelling out your name..then we will start present as best as possible..After that, time to defend our work by answering all the question and doubt thrown by the judge while whispering to god in heart: oh god, please, please let me end this asap in one piece..hehe..

Each person will be judged by two examiner and luckily god heard my whisper and everything went on quite smooth..thanks god..anyway, all have gone through a hard time for this poster presentation and really enjoy the relieve moment after that...

Have learn a lot of things within this year...never failing to repeat and pour our commitment into our thesis lab work.. All the joys and tears will be remembered deep inside the heart and really appreciate all the time we have spend together and thanks for the sweet memories that you all gave..Dear labmate and coursemate, hope we can keep in touch and take care^^

Spot-check

You know what..i have met the weirdest spot-check style since my first year of hostel life in uni...what i mean by weird?

In my first year and second year, spot-check usually will be done around 12am-1am...and this year let me tell How's the spot-check have happened..

Yesterday night around 9 something i have got a news about spot-check will be done on that night itself and friends who pass the news has remind us to keep whatever 'illegal' in the safe place which v have done...then till around 1am no action seen and v thought the spot-check postponed...So v go into sleep as usual...Then suddenly middle of the night, v awaken by the noise that seems someone keep trying hard to open our door using different keys....All those in room were shocked..First come into my mind is ezit some rober or what..All stunned...(but then i recalled and guess most probably is spot-check thingy going on).....Then the fellow keep on trying and trying and finally the door opened... Then she on our light and say: 'spot-check'...Omg..it is 3.30am in the morning and you are doing this Nonsense..beh tahan betul ( cant bare it)...If let say v never get such spot-check news from friends, maybe v had get ready with stick and broom to Hit that fellow once He/sHe came in..Swt..

Real don't understand whether they know what called respect and privacy or Not...Intrude people's room middle of the night like no body business..omg..

Finally turn into panda becoz cant fall asleep back since need to fetch roomate go kl sentral for bus to KLIA at 4.30am...@@

Travelling

May be caused by stress and problem faced in this every day life, it make my intention to go for travelling even stronger...Hope that through travelling can really just forget about the problems behind and enjoy myself to the max!!

Choices of favourite places:

1. Beaches

Place to really relax oneself down, just have a lay at the beach, drinking coconut water, feel the breeze under the trees while enjoying the view of crystal clear sea water plus small island or some mountain somewhere middle and over the sea, blue sky with cotton white cloud...Wonderful..^^

2. Mother nature

Places such as National Park where one can enjoy the greenish and breathe in those fresh air as much as you like...some jungle trekking can enhance the fresh air intake and a bit of sweat will make you feel much energetic for sure.. Besides, some water activities like snorkelling, water rafting and et cetera of course will create of great moment for one... It seems like the mother nature have some kind of miracle power that can make one feel so energetic and balanced when you are near with Her...Superb^^

3. Theme park

When mention about theme park one will think as Fun park...From wikipedia it define that theme park are terms for a collection of rides and other entertainment attractions assembled for the purpose of entertaining...Have a loud and sharp scream when the diving of roller coaster from the Highest point sound like a good way to let go all your stress and problems at least for that little period of blank moment...he... Of course there still plenty of games other from roller coaster which can easily make your adrenaline level shoot to highest point for a seconds.. Exciting right..hehe...

4. Shopping and food's Heaven

These places will be a great place to visit for certain interested people including me.. When visiting to a new place or other countries, shopping at least for souvenir would be fun... In terms of foods, with just varieties of foods surrounding good enough to make one feel good...not to mention able to try those nice food.. Yummy... Feel so contented and blissful..

5. Explore to oversea

Exploring new places in other countries is a real exciting hobby that many own... I think it is because when we visited to those places everything is so new and strange to us so will make us amused all the way..this is where the fun begin...hehe

So these are some example of ' Free yourself' places that one can go and do...hope in coming days there are plenty of chances to do all this things....Of course, finish dreaming welcome back to the real life and overcome problems faced in fact is the true out way for one to enjoy the actual freedom...Anyway dream once in a while good for health too..haha

Longevitology

On 21st till 26th of dec i have attended a beginner and intermediate class about Longevitology..From its website, they defined Longevitololgy as ' one of several healing modalities intended to adjust energy flow throughout the body to improve the body's ability to heal itself '..

The Longevitology Benevolent Foundation Preparatory Committee is a not-for-profit organization founded in Taiwan in 1993 by Dr. Tom Lin. The goal of the organization is to train individuals to reach out with loving hands to help others suffering from pain, illness and distress by means of Longevitology energy adjustments.

The general theory of health and illness underlying Longevitology is the same as in other forms of Asian medicine: Good health is the result of energy (referred to as Ch'i, Qi or Prana) and blood flowing smoothly through the organ systems of the body; illness results when the flow of ch'i is disrupted. When proper energy flow has been restored, conditions are optimized for the body to heal.

In Longevitology, Master Lin Tzu-Chen and Wei Yu-Feng opens the student’s chakras to receive this universal energy. Students are taught how use this energy to heal themselves and others of common ailments.( I was taught by Master Lin Tzu - Chen..very nice, pretty and patient master..^^)

People who received Longevitology energy adjustments reported the following common benefits: Calmness; Reduced stress; Pain relief; deeper, more restful sleep; Increased energy; Relief from migraines, tension headaches and back pain; Increase mental alertness; Faster healing of injuries, Regular elimination; Shrinking of tumors; Improved quality of life, among other.

Classes are held in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, England, Germany, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Tahiti, Taiwan and the United States annually or semi-annually. Already, more than a hundred thousand students have learned how to give Longevitology energy adjustments.

So, i am one of those lucky one..hope what i learned really useful and can help others in time of need..he^^

Sarawak trip

Right after my exam on 18th Nov, 19th is the day v flew to sarawak to cool ourselve down...it is really such a long time since the last flight i took..it was a very exciting and interesting trip...so in this blog i will list and elaborate the places i went and the food tasted as much as i can remember..watch out..hehe
Food in 'MAS'

Sarawak Museum

This is the first place we visited after checked in to our apartment..there are alot of creatures can be seen inside such as antique radio, machines, plenty of preserved organisms included birds, mammals,reptiles,fishes..Quite interesting for me but some of my friend find it is creepy to look at those preserved thingy..hehe..there are few building besides the main museum which included arts museum and aquarium..hardly have sufficient time to observe all of them actually since our tradition costume trying, posting and photo session already took a big portion of time..there is one part in the main museum which those aborigine costume are available to be rented..so all of us decided to have a try since it will be a golden chance to 'taste' those costume..keke

Tua Pek Kong temple
This is the most famous and beutiful temple in kuching..it situated at roadside and easily can be seen..it also situated near to a river which they called as waterfront..we able to get to snap few photos here..
Bako National Park

This national park is a must go place when visit to sarawak..to reach the national park, boat is a must transport to get u there...we sat the motor boat and speed through the Southeast China Sea for at least half an hour before reaching...need to step into water about knee level and walk up to the seaside..At the main counter, there are quite a number of trails and treks with different distance as choices..since the boatman told us to leave at around 2pm coz worry will attacked by bad weather so we chosen one hour trek to teluk paku..the difficulty level seems to be higher compared to taman negara pahang..saw a green snake sleeping on tree, few 'babi hutan' wic able to make our whole body stiff for awhile since it is like appear unexpectedly..he..the famous long proboscis monkey also been seen though cant get to take photo since it only appear within those bushy and tall tree...and also some weire ape..hehe..
Waterfront
Although this place seems like very famous and everyone will ask you whther u get to visit this waterfront but for me it is just a normal riverside walk..this mayb when we went that time is raining quite heavily and really cant find any interesting thing or food at there and only few stall opened..by the way i think this place should be nice at night with its lighting and also found a small restaurant like cruise which provide romantic dining place there during toilet visit there after done some shoping at the shops opposite it..

Serikin

Serikin placed at kalimantan border and it is somekind of pasar selling clothes, mattress, sunglasses, kerepek, dolls, special clock which handmade from sand i think, etc...the weire thing is ice cream is no where to be found when it is most needed at this place where i found it as one of the super hot place..it give me a feeling of desert actually..heard rumours that those thing sold here will be at very low price and your shopping yearn surely can be fulfilled here which is totally wrong..for me i dun think this place is attractive at all..neway, i have bought two indonesian batik sarong for my grandma and a foldable fan as i told it is too hot there..hehe

Fairy cave

From its name, i think this place should be nice..once reach there, saw a tower of stairs which need to be climbed before reaching the cave entrance..the starting will be abit challenging since have to climb some moisty and quite narrow stair in dark...but luckily it is not very long..u can felt the wind when u climbing and i think this is where the pressure theory applied which the wind created..hehe..after some climbing, finally saw the greatness in the cave..actually this is a huge cage and the scenery i only can describe with one word: 'wow'...he...love those green and fresh ferns and thoes water driping sound..cool..
Wind cave

From its name thought can enjoy the coolness of wind in there at least but who knows it is worse than fairy cave..at least there are a moment of cool wind compare to this so called wind cave which have no feel of wind at all..cheated by its name..haha..here is where our adventurous journey began..the reason is we walk into wrong path and actually those harsh and yuck( full of bat's shit) path is Not meant to be explore by visitor..but because of the 'good' directory which gave the the guys at the counter which told us to follow all the way right so we ended up at the end of the well built path...by the tought and experience from other cave exploring, my anth friend and i believe that cave's path logically also will got some unbuild path( means not wooden path and just sand and shit), so that is one of the reason we continue with the wrong path till an end which full of bats flying around on air..the front one stop and say dun dare to forward anymore..so among the 11 gals only my fren and i explore cave before so v dare ourselve to have a look..after looking around v think it is imposible to forward anymore since it is only left with crawling hole in front and all my other friends started to worry and surrender..so v decided to reverse..after back to the normal well built wooden path, we met some oth group of pple and get the right path finally...and for me if we didn go through the wrong path, it will be worthless to only walk through those wooden path as it is very short and nothing to c..hehe..

Sarawak Cultural Village
One of the highlight here is the price, adult : RM60 and if with student card: RM15.. so student card is actually very usefull here(compulsory to bring if own any)..hehe..this place as it sound, you can find all types of aborigine houses with respective characteristics here..this place is highly recomanded..there are rumah melanau, rumah iban, rumah penan, rumah melayu, rumah cina and many more...besides, i also give a thumbs up for its cultural show..clap clap..hehe

Blue lake

Blue lake actually should appear blue but we only found some part of it is blue..Heard this lake was a gold mine and now turn into lake which contain high level of arsenik which make it blue...normal lake but also one of the must visit place in kuching..
The Spring

It is a big big shoping mall..Brand new and the shops found in it most of it selling branded stuff.. Contain one of two cinema which is MBO and i think it should be overloaded most of the time...actually we plan to watch 2012 there but the line is so long and the tickets are selling out like hotcakes and from our calcultion the ticket will be sold out when our turn reach..so movie plan canceled and changed to shoping plan..there is a shop name Dai Keong..sell alot of imported stuf.the foods especially their packaging is so cute and hardly can find in kl since most of them imported from australia and taiwan..
Cat museum
Since town name as Kuching so cat museum is a must visit place too..there is no entrance fees and the whole museum full of cat history, arts, clothes, souvenirs and statue...Alot of Hello kitty can be found here too...but too bad it do not have any alive cat for me to play with..hehe..neway quite satisfy with this visit...

Cats' statue
Cats' statue can be found at the round about in the town..since cats symbolizing kuching so photo session must be held at these few round about as one of the proof for our step down in kuching..night view should be nicer if compared to the day time..hehe

Some famous food tried in kuching..

Belacan mee, Laksa

So called 'rojak' ( rojak kuah in tau fu pok and timun..keke)

kolo mee

Fish Noodles( the noodles really made from fishmeat)

fried kolo mee with tomato sauce

'Midin' ( a kind of vege like paku pakis)
