Basketball

Sukmum(Sukan Mahasiswa Universiti Malaya)....is an anually sports competition that open for all the resident that stay at colleges in Universiti Malaya to take parts and win medals..It includes many kind of sports, range from chess competition, football, swimming,'kayaking',bla bla bla...and i am also in one of it that is....basketball.as i still can recall, i have been pulled to become one of the member of 5th residential college basketball team since my very first year of uni life...(reminder: all this jz because of my height dat dey like, notin muc related to my skill tually..haha)..B4 entering uni, i played bbal quite frequently with gangs but only for fun, but now really go for competitions sumhow had frighten me..neway i am been trained and over time my skill had improved( but still got muc more to improve..he) and not so nervous ady wen goin for 'wars' ( neway of course still will wory whether or not can come back in one piece afta 'wars' coz bbal really 'dun play play' o..=.=" )...



Last 2 days was SUKMUM 2009 women's basketball preliminary competition..Almost every team need to play three games and win 2 out of 3 before get to qualified into quater finals..and our team unfortunately just get to won one game out of three...of course this fact is quite sad for us coz our aim is at least can enter quater..Anyway our team can be said had done a good job but just lack abit of luck and intensive training (since everyone is so so bz with all kind of stuff)...WELL DONE team mates...and here oso need to thanks to our coach that willingly coaching us every year w/o hoping for any repay(as i have been told by seniors he had coached for our college since he graduated at 1997 and i really learn alot from his coching).. appreciate that alot...and need to thanks to our manager oso coz helping in serving us as in to make sure water, food and transport resources available wen competition goes on while to our great 5th residential college supporter plus my dear frens n family, ur support really 'chun' la...appreciate u all and thanks alot too...so , now i hope that for the next year match we are in beter form and more well prepared to face the 'wars'..GAMBATE!!^^
